Writing Thank You Card

I need help writing Thank you cards for my baby shower. Should I say thank you for what I specifically got from them or just a general thank you? Like some of the gifts was several things like clothes, bibs, spoons, bottles ect. all from the same person. Should I list everything that they gave me in the card? Need some suggestions. Thanks so much!

I would say "thank you for all of the adorable baby gifts! I can't wait to try the sleeper on the new baby", or something like that. Single one thing out that you can't wait to use so they are aware you actually remember what they gave you. Good luck with your baby!

I would like to write a thank you card for a movers company we used a month ago to move to a new house. The three guys that moved us were wonderful and I want to send a card to their boss. Please help me! How do I word something like this?

Give the date of the move & just say how grateful you are to the moving men for their professionalism courtesy & treated you & your property with the ut-most respect I hope this helps also this is a nice gesture that you are doing with the thank you note most times all they hear about is complaints

I just had my shower last week and I'm writing thank you notes. I had all these cute ideas and poems for blankets and clothing and things liike that. I did receive the very expensive breast pump that I wanted and I need an idea of how to say thank you without sounding corny.

Just keep it simple:

"Dear Aunt So&So,
I was very happy to see you at the baby shower and extremely grateful for the _____________! It is exactly what I was hoping for and it means a lot to me that you took the time and effort to find something I really needed."

They will understand that you are stressed & busy, and the fact that you took the time to send a thank you card is usually more than enough!
For the people who gave you baby clothes, blankets, etc, send them pictures after the baby is born of baby wearing/using those items (wouldn't really be appropriate for the pump though!)

Hi, I need to write a thank you card for somebody who is going to help me. she is going to give me a ride to school for about a week. I'm going to put some money for the gas in the thank you card, so I need to write a very polite thank you note.
not just saying thank you for helping me. what is the polite way to say that the money is for gas? please give me some Thank-you card examples.

Dear (whoever)

I would Like to express my gratitude for your time and patience. You helped me get to and from school without expecting anything in return. Nowadays, however, gas isn't cheap so I have decided to donate (gas money amount) for the gas and (more money) from the goodness of my heart.

I stay at his [their] house every weekend. They feed me, and give us money to go out and do something (out of generosity) and I know they bought me something for Christmas but I don't have money to buy them anything. Is it weird to write them a Christmas card saying 'thank you for feeding me and just being so nice to me' or something to that nature. My boyfriend thinks it would be weird...I don't see how. I need your opinion.

I t is wonderful that you are actually taking the time to write a thank you. In this day and age very few people are taking the time to send a thank you. Your friends parents will appreciate the thought. Go for it, girl.
