So I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by all the thank you's I have to write. I've been searching websites for some help with different types of thank you's, and I remember seeing some once, but now I can't find them! Examples:
Thank you for someone not invited but gave a gift anyway
Thank you for a gift card
Thank you for an odd, unwanted gift (like a $5 MP3 player... yeah, we got one of those)
Thank you for contributing to a honeymoon registry (for a honeymoon we're taking in September)

this sounds exactly like the one you were looking for so I hope it helps!! i know how frustrating it can be and to make it easier why don't you buy some really nice paper that matches your thank you cards and type them on the computer using a nice hand writing style font and then cut them out and glue them in the cards ..you can dress them up with rhinestones or something elegant but will save you so much time rather than hand writing every single card ..I printed mine out and everyone thought they looked amazing!!

My compliments on your etiquette. Thank you notes are extremely important, and will serve you well in life if you keep up the practice. Here are tips from a book I gave to Rachel, my daughter.
[Note-Worthy, a guide to writing great personal notes, by Angela Ensminger & Keely Chase]:
6 steps or parts:
1- greet the recipient
2- clearly state why you are writing
3- elaborate on why you are writing
4- build the relationship
5- restate why you are writing
6- give your regards
example-
1- Dear Aunt Mary,
2- I am writing to express my thanks for the gracious and thouhtful graduation gift you sent.
3-I was delighted upon seeing it, as I was just on my was to shop___ for a much needed____.
4-You always seem to sense just what it takes to make my day!
5- I truly appreciate your kindness and generosity.

freesamplesblog.com is pretty good, they have a variety of stuff, but i think they quit updating there website like a month ago

also non-perfume related, i go to walmart.com a few times a week and type in "free samples" and pick the ones i want. i get some free little sample in the mail almost every day now. which is better than just getting bills:)
