Sample Thank You Card

Do you have any samples of thank you card wording for a wedding?
Also, what about for people who did NOT attend, but did send a gift?

Not attending example:

Dear So and So,
Thank you so much for the (name the actual gift here). We hope to (something you do with the gift) soon. Thank you again for thinking of us during this special time in our lives.
Love,
Wife & Husband

Cash gift:
Dear So and So,
Thank you so much for the generous gift. Spouse and I are trying to save for (a house, big ticket item, whatever) and thanks to you, we are that much closer! Thanks again for being a part of our big day.

So I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by all the thank you's I have to write. I've been searching websites for some help with different types of thank you's, and I remember seeing some once, but now I can't find them! Examples:
Thank you for someone not invited but gave a gift anyway
Thank you for a gift card
Thank you for an odd, unwanted gift (like a $5 MP3 player... yeah, we got one of those)
Thank you for contributing to a honeymoon registry (for a honeymoon we're taking in September)

I'm lost. Any websites you've found? Thanks in advance.

this sounds exactly like the one you were looking for so I hope it helps!! i know how frustrating it can be and to make it easier why don't you buy some really nice paper that matches your thank you cards and type them on the computer using a nice hand writing style font and then cut them out and glue them in the cards ..you can dress them up with rhinestones or something elegant but will save you so much time rather than hand writing every single card ..I printed mine out and everyone thought they looked amazing!!

I want to start a card making business and have very little experience. I also want to start making sample cards to show people at work and family. What's a good site to begin my search for quality products at a cheap price? Thank you soooo much.

A good site to begin your search is www.splitcoaststampers.com it will show you lots of examples of good cards. Mostly from "Stampin' Up" which is like Pampered Chef except for rubber stamping. But, it will give you ideas for styles and colors, etc. I would suggest finding a craft store near you for cheap supplies such as "Hobby Lobby," "A.C. Moore" "Jo-Anns" or "Michaels" these stores will have stamping stuff, card stock, etc. Invest in a paper trimmer and good adhesive.
