Perfect Thank You Card

We're having a debate in my company on the best impression for a thank-you card. We can hand-write each card; however, our handwriting is only adequate. It certainly doesn't have flourish or style. Else, we can take them to a printer, to put in a generic thank-you message.

What would you rather get, a hand written thank-you card in semi-sloppy (but genuine) handwriting, or a thank-you card with perfect script that obviously came from a printer?

Have a calligraphist write your thank you messages.

We gave our mother a surprise 80th birthday party last weekend. We told her it was just another family reunion. Everyone showed up, even the people who don't normally come to the family reunions. She'd like to write the "perfect" Thank You card to all these people and doesn't know how to word it. I tried looking on the internet for suggestions, but most of the ideas involved a thank you for a particular gift. In my mother's case, there were little or no gifts involved. We suggested old family photos as a gift when we wrote out the invitations, but many people did not have any to share. Attendance was the only thing we really wanted, and they all came. I'd appreciate any help you can give me in wording this to help my mother. Thank you.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming to help me celebrate my birthday! What a great time we had--and it was wonderful seeing you here--and knowing that you came because you cared!

So I had someone make me thank you cards. They are perfect! Anyways, I need to know how to word my thank you card to the cater? I'm going to tip them and have it put in the card and ready to go for them on the big day this saturday. Any idea how I need to word it? It's a really sweet married couple with this small business professionally catering.

I would tell them how much you appreciate their catering your event. It's hard to write it ahead of time because you can't tell them how great their service was or the food was or anything about the set up, etc. because it hasn't happened yet. I would honestly wait to write the thank you note till after the event and just give them the tip in an envelope. I think the thank you note will mean more if it's written once you have something to really thank them about.

player's choice slaves. they have yugioh sized sleves that fit them perfectly. most trading card shops that carry yugioh sale them if not you can also get them at: www.aplayerschoice.com they last longer than generic sleves and are fairly sturdy.
