Sports Invitation

I received one in the mail inviting me to play soccer a couple days ago... i noticed people were asking the same questions last year. so im sure some1 has to have an answer by now.. can any1 help me with like cost info, or any other info u might know? i kno that i can go to the meeting and ask but idk if its a scam or w.e... thanks in advance.

It's nothihg, just junk mail.

It says something about me being recognized at a NCAA exposure event or a local tournament as a tremendous young talent. It also says that If I go I will play football with them for a week in Austrlia. What is the "Trans Pacific Australia Cup? Has anyone gotten this invite or attended one of their meetings?

My son just got one of these, too, for basketball, and I believe it's a mass mailing for anyone who is signed up at berecruited.com. Are you registered there? Would be interested to check out my theory.

you have to start your own fundraiser to pay if you dont have the moeny.

if they wanted you to go so bad wouldnt they pay?

I got an invitation also but for Swimming, and for Ohio.

I actually checked out the site and needle picked through the information. First of all, I've come to the conclusion that it is an actual thing.

But to answer your question, there are plently of other hopefuls in your state that would love to be picked. Also, a trip to Austrailia and Hawaii would, understanbly, be very expensive.

Since there are probably hundreds, maybe a bit more, of teens wanting to go, you can understand why they are leaving you to fend for yourself in the matters of money.

Well one wedding planning book I read said to send out a wedding invite weel in adavnce to the Queen of England, the President and the Pope for a nice surprise, so I guess you can and do get a response of sorts!

I wish I had done this as I reckon you would get a pretty cool keep sake, and hey, imagine if they came! lol

I want to make an invitation to my childs birthday that looks like a ticket to a sporting event.

I used photoshop one year for my son's Christmas present. I printed two tickts for an MLB game to any park in the USA. Put it in a box and he actually thought for a second they were real. Worked out great. By the way we went to Wrigley Field in Chicago. It was a great day.
