First Birthday Invitation

I've heard of the "Oh what fun, I'm turning ONE!" but I can't seem to find anything other sayings. Nothing too long...

ive heard some like "our #1 is turning 1" and "join us as (childs name) takes his first step up the hill" also "lets party like 1 year olds" another one was BYOB (bring your own bottles) with a picture of a baby bottle next to it, or insted switch it to binky. another one i saw like that was at a friends daughters party "byob!!!! binning yolandas old bottles she is turning 1!" just be creative or take a spin off of some others that you like

Our Beautiful Daughter's First Birthday Invitation, Filmed On The Flip Ultra HD Camera By The Mrs

I am having trouble writing my son Chase's first birthday invitation. The theme is bubbles and balls. I would like to incorporate his turning one and the theme, and maybe his middle name- Ronin. Any suggestions on personalized poems would be great.

Come have a ball at Chase Ronin's bubbling fun adventure as he turns a grand old one.

The birthday party doesn't really have a "theme," but there is a sailboat on the invitation. I will be decorating with baby blue and white balloons/streamers/etc. Any ideas that aren't too cheesy? Thanks for your help!

I just have to say... I didn't ask opinions on whether you think I should throw a party or not. I have NEVER known a baby who hasn't had some sort of get together for his/her birthday (at any age). A one-year-old probably doesn't care at this point if he has an actual party or not (though he really does enjoy being around people). But, we will be taking pictures and putting them in his baby book. He will appreciate someday that we invited our family and close friends over to celebrate with him (as I appreciate that my parents did the same for me).

Maybe something like "Ships Ahoy" you're invited....
or "Sail over to my place...."

2. For my daughter's first birthday, we used the following:

Birthday parties are so much fun
especially when you’re turning ONE!

Please join us as we celebrate (insert name)'s 1st Birthday
(Insert date, time, location, RSVP, etc.)

** Also, a neat idea we did at both events was have guests sign a frame with special words for her birthday & a frame for her dedication.

well, seriously, something like:

The One and only Chase Ronin humbly invites you to participate in the celebration of his birthday... come have fun and play with balls and bubbles!
(sounds cool, yet funky and fun)
