Awww! Kylie is SUCH a cute name! Unforunatley, nothing rhymes with it except for "Riley" You could say "You're turning one!" or how about "Happy Birthday!" It would be extra special if you included a cute photo of you and her, too!

Keep it short and sweet. Something aimed towards the parents, yet cute enough for a kid. Maybe along the lines of : "Happy birthday little one! Its been exciting watching you grow from a baby to such a big boy!" etc. etc. etc. Hope I helped :)
