Fiesta Party Invitation

Ok so were having a party for my dads 60th birthday and we are using the fiesta theme... to save money we are also making our invitations. I got a really cute one but now i need help writing it out. I don't want anything plain like For: When: time: ect... I want something catchy this is what I came up with but im open to new suggestions please help me out..

I want more than just regular invitations you can buy at a party shop.

send out small sombreros w/ the invite text written around the brim of the hat.

or if you want something less complex, try to find tiny sombreros that they use for cocktail drinks, stick those to the corner of your invitation.

im going to a party, a Fiesta actually. and on the invitation it says to dress appropriately....

what is a good outfit to wear to a Fiesta? lol

I've been to a fiesta before. Girls usually wear a colorful long skirt and a poncho. Guys wear black pants and a colorful top with a sombrero.

1) Querido/a ....... ("Dear...... , Would you like to attend......")

2) Name the type of event/party (birthday, wedding, graduation, etc.)

3) Give the date of the celebration

4) State at what time the event begins (use correct form of "to begin")

5) Give name and GENERAL location of restaurant (use prepositions such as "near, next to, downtown, not far from," etc.)

6) List at least 8 items your guests can order from the menu (using the verb "can, to be able")

7) Mention at least one food item you LOVE and explain WHY (!!!)

8) Give at least 3 descriptions of the foods being served using adjectives from C.8 vocab (could incorporate #7 here, if preferred).

9) Include a proper farewell

El resturante llamas el gato morado es centro al lado de el cine y la biblioteca. Puedes pedir carne de res, perro calientes, pollos y sopas con papitas, ensaladas de frutas o platos de legumbres. Para tomar hay limonadas, leches, y batidos fresas. Y para postre galletas, pastels y flans. Me encanta la gallelas porque esta muy delicioso. El carne de res esta salado y la batidos fresas esta muy frio. Quiero tu venire.

I know there is a upside down question mark before the first sentence and an accent in gustaria and frio. I have troble with the definite articles and plurals vs singular

Hi guys!
I am having a Mexican themed 21st simply because I love tacos and burritos and decided I wanted to have them served at my party. I am after some good drink recipes, some nifty decorations, and most importantly, I would like a nice costume. Seen as I will be the birthday girl I have to look the best! I was thinking something like Bandidas! Either Penelope or Salma, both wore pretty cool stuff but very different styles. Are they Mexican style or just movie style?? I like the one pen wears at start with the cowboy hat, ruffle top and skirt...
Also, anyone got any ideas on how to make little paper Sombreros as I wanted to incorporate them into my invitations, and have people bring them along as names on tables.
There will be about 40 people going, and it'll be in the backyard so I need decorations to sit on the tables and also to be around the yard!!!
Any ideas?? Thanks for your help! (sorry for all the questions guys!)
Yeah! I could even just go to spotlight and get that warm material in bright colours..... all these ideas!!!!!

You could make these really neat blankets and hang them over the chairs.
