Digital Photo Card

I have about a two year old Olympus digital camera & the photo card doesn't fit in the digital photo frame I got this year. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

The easiest is to connect your digital camera to the digital photo frame. All digital photo frames have a USB connection port, so the same wire you use to connect your digital camera to your computer, use it to connect the camera to the frame.

If that doesn't work for you, you need to get a memory card that your photo frame supports AND a card reader that supports your current and your new cards. Plug in the card reader and insert your current memory card. Copy the pictures from that card to your hard drive. Then plug in the new card and copy the pictures from your hard drive to the new card. That's all.

My digital photo frame doesn't support the memory card I have in my camera. So, I bought a card reader & an 8GB photo card. What do I connect to what? Please provide me the exact steps & I'll be so grateful! Thanks!

Transfer the photos from your camera to your computer by whatever means makes you happy - using the card reader is the best way to do it.
Now sort out which photos are no good, and do whatever editing you want to the "good ones".

Now put the new memory card in the reader. Open the reader window via My Computer - removable drive (whatever the drive name is).
Also open the folder that contains your photos in another window.
Now simply click and drag the photos from your My Pictures folder across to the card reader window and let them copy onto the card.

Insert card into picture frame.

The camera used is a Samsung S1065 and I have downloaded all of the images from the camera. However, I now want to add them to a digital photo frame as a gift but need to put them bacl on the SD card. Help!!

You can't.

Have old family photos which I can scan and put onto a file on my computer but can anyone tell me the best way to transfer these with the right size / quality onto a SD Card to use on my new Xmas Present - a digital photo frame.

You need to have an SD card reader for your PC. They are USB and pretty easy to find. Then, it should show up as a drive that you can copy the files to. You could even use a digital camera as a card reader if it uses the same card as your frame.

As far as size of the photos, that will depend on the frame. It should size them to fit the screen, but you may have to play with the photos to get them how you want.

My mother wants a Digital Photo Frame for Christmas that is compatible with a Sony Memory Card. Are ther certain brands of Digital Photo Frames that accept all memory cards or are some of them specific? Please help!

No, they are not. In fact Sony is the odd one out with the memory stick, all other cameras/gadgets use one of the other formats.

Many frames accept a multitude of formats, but you'll have to research carefully to make sure the frame is compatible with the memory stick.
