Cowboy Party Invitation

i am having a cowboys and indians dance party
what should i write on the invites ?
i want something funny and witty you know?

I need to know how to state the time of day in a party invitation, but in cowboy slang. For instance, if the party is going to be at 5, what is a good way to say this, but sound like a cowboy?

Five O'Clock would work just fine. Cowboys could tell time.
Five hours past Noon would also work but it would make you sound like a Dandy, Pilgrim!
I've also heard 'Five Ticks past the Noon Hour' but you might get guests arriving at 12:05.

I'm planning my son's 2nd Birthday party, and I was wondering if evite was better, or if I should send an invitation? I think that sending an Evite is definitely easier, but I was wondering if it was tacky. We're planning something casual in our yard, with a bounce house and maybe a pony. I was thinking of doing a cowboy theme. Anyways, any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would go with regular mail, even though evite is easier. My only reason is that people monitor regular mail more closely than email.

I'm turning 21 next month & have been riding (english & vaulting) all my life etc etc.

So i thought i would have a horse themed party. I am having it at a farm (historic winery) set in a country atmosphere. It is very sophisticated though (place where primarily weddings are held etc)

So i cant do the kid party setting etc.

The only idea i have at the moment for invitations is a real horse shoe (used from farrier) then attach cardboard invitation.

I am having a 3D cake "2" & "1" the two will be a horse head and the one will be a horse leg. Or a horse head coming out of a cake. Hope that makes sense.

I need ideas for table decorations etc etc.

I'm a really creative person so i don't mind putting work into it.

Note i ride english...

just as they do at major parties/weddings, guests are assigned to certain tables. Your table should be names "horse breeds" such as... Your table is thoroughbred/paint/hanoverian/appolousa..and so on.

can anyone help me? ive been looking everywhere for the right title for the invitation of my sisters 18th birthday party, its for next Saturday.. the theme is western or cowboys...oh yea if some of you also know some nice western/country songs or anything related to cowboys/cowgirls please include it also or the artist name is okay...
