Bridal Shower Party Invitation

I'm getting ready to send the invites out for my friends Bridal Shower. We're having a some what surprise bachelorette and lingerie party the same day after the shower. Is it alright to send both invitations in the same envelope or is this tacky?

As long as all the same people going to the bridal shower are going to the bachelorette party its fine. But if even one person is not invited to the bachelorrette party but to the bridal shower, it would kinda impolite seeing as this person might hear of it from another person and feel either left out or think it was an oversight.

Ideally the two things would be on different days so they are distinctly separate. (also so its clear that two gifts are expected if that is the case) but if thats not an option, I say send out separate invites if anyone is to be left out, or just say on the bridal shower invitation "Lingerie and bachelorette party to follow"

We are throwing a bridal shower during the daytime and a batchelorette party the same day but in the evening. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to verbalize that on one invitation? I'd heard a great headline of "Naughty or Nice" you choose or come to both, but am struggling with how to word the rest of the information without confusing people. Help!!!

Naughty or nice? : you choose. I/We will be having a bridal shower (insert all bridal information here) and then send (insert your name here) out in style with a bachelorette party the same evening.

Should I write where the bride and groom are registered in the bridal shower invitation?

Can I put a website on the invitations where they can find a complete list of directions from whatever direction they are coming from or just skip the direction part and let people mapquest? (i don't want to put a direction insert because the bridesmaid whose house it is at sent me a 2 full page direction sheet for guests to arrive at every angle)

and finally, the bachelorette party is the night before, can i stick bachelorette party invitation with the bridal shower ones?

You should definitely indicate where the bride & groom are registered. Some stores will give the bride slips to include in the invitations so it's very easy!

You should also include some type of general directions, especially for the older guests... not everyone has a computer and is savvy enough to use mapquest. I would somehow shorten the directions given to you on a large index size card so that people can take it with them.

I think you could go either way with the bachelorette party invites and shower invites. I would guess it would be easier for the guests to receive everything in one envelope, but I'm not 100% sure of the ettiquette in that situation. BUT - bachelorette party the night BEFORE? Eeek! Good luck with that!
