Black And White Party Invitation

My friend is throwing a sweet sixteen party. The invitation says that it is black/white attire, dressy-casual. I'm planning to wear a nice black and white spaghetti strap top, dark wash blue jeans, and peep toe pumps. Is it ok to wear jeans?

since ur wearing a black and white top already,u can get away with wearing dark wash jeans.

my friend is relying on me to plan her party. I think a black and white party would be reallllly cool!! She is turning 15 so it's gonna be big! 60 people are invinted. So I need ideas for decorations, food and what to wear! I am part of the 4 important girls in the party, like the brides maids in a wedding, but this is her birthday. We 4 need matching dresses. Please help!!

There's a place around here called "Party Max"..it's a store that has everything you need. Find somewhere like that, if you don't already have one by you. (And make sure there's plenty of Oreo cookies, even if they are a "joke" they're still good!)

I am having an 18th birthday party, and the theme is black and white. Its not going to be really formal and will be outside (on large deck). Im not sure what to write on the invitations tho. Need some suggestions??

I was asked to host a Black & White Party this Friday 29th, so basically I am in charge of making the invitations, and inviting the guest, making club flyers, advertising and everything else.

But my question is,

What ideas do you suggest for a Black & White Party ?

I have my own ideas, but some other feedback would be appriciated.

Get some black and white fish (i know they are out there, i have seen them at pet stores) and put them in a fish bowl in the center of each table. I was at a wedding like that once. it was totally awesome!

I can't find a nice white dress for a sweet 16 I'm going to.
I'm guessing the girl will wear pink [invitation colors are black white and pink...]
I dunno why that's relevant..
But i need a really cute white dress for this party!
