Black And White Affair Party

My friend is having her birthday party on saturday and i don't have any black or white dress pants and i don't have a skirt or dress. do you have any ideas that are not to expensive??

It's going to be my 21st birthday party that I am throwing to jump start my birthday festivites and I have all the decorations picked out caked ordered however I want a snazzy and better name besides Black and White Party. The only one I can think of is Black and White Affair but then I think of Laguna Beach. I just want something different but classy. Thanks so Much!

For my 18th birthday, I plan to have a big birthday bash. Im having a little trouble with decorations and I need ideas, advice, and HELP!!! Now what type of food to serve? Ummm... an appropriate time? Im having it at my house, and I do not want any liquor but knowing the kids.... they might try to test me and test the rules.

How should I design the invitations? And how should I pass them out? I do not work, and my parents most likely won't fund it, so would it be approriate to charge 5 dollars? (Just an idea!!!)
