Birthday Card Invitation

Please, I'm going to design an Invitation Birthday card for my friend

But I don't know the best size (In CM or Inches)

Can help me? please, necessary

For just a birthday invitation, unless you want to get really into details and such, I'd keep it little, like a 4.25 x 5.5 inch design.
That's a quarterfold on a regular 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.

Postcard size would also be a good option, I think that's like a 4x6(inches) or so.

For my graduation invites I used 5.5 x 8.5 inch cards, half-sheet, and they turned out pretty nice, but smaller wouldn't have really hurt anything.

Made this cute card with Cricut Storybook and Four Legged Friends carts. I used DCWV Summer stack, Creative imagination and Recollections papers ...

its only my closest friends, so i dont want it to seem like my mother made it for me, saying like 'its Brooklyn's birthday!come help us celebrate!' or something.

i am making it, but it does say brooklyn, as in third person.

i want it to be funny, but not stupid.

any help.

My friends and I are planning a suprise birthday party for another friend, but we can't seem to word it correctly.

I actually not long ago planned a suprise party for my mothers 50th and it turned out really well. I did the invitations myself. This is what I wrote:

Hip Hip hooray It's ...........'s birthday. And to celebrate we've decided to thow her/him a party.... but ssshhh! Its a suprise party! The alll important details are: ..................................

Be there at ..........pm sharp, for a ................entrance.
But remember, this is a suprise party...... so ssssshhhhhhhh!

I made it look like a card. On the front side I had a picture of my mum when she was little and a heading that said "nifty nifty look who's 50!" Then when you opened the card those were the details.

I'm planning on printing some invitations cards and need to know the default size of them. Thanks!

Well it really depends on the type that you are printing. There are a few standard sizes
The most common size is 4.10"x5.25". Other common sizes include 4.56"x6.18" and 5.00"x7.00". I've also seen them as small as 3.00"x5.00". Sorry there is no "one size for invitations. Most of the ones that you print yourself that are sold at Walmart, Staples, etc are 5.5"x7.75".
