Bachelorette Party Invite

I'm planning a bachelorette party for my friend and want to make my own invites. I've been trying to come up with a catchy/witty phrase but can't think of one. Anything that I've found online is corny ("girls night out" etc)!

I live in another state and my wedding will be in Chicago where are my friends and family are (along with the celebrations). I was wondering if it would be rude to invite girls to the bachelorette party that are not invited to the wedding? I'm not able to invite all my friends to the wedding, but I would love to share a fun night with them. Does this apply to the bridal shower as well?

In my opinion only those invited to the wedding should be invited to any gathering associated with the wedding e.g. shower.
If I got invited to shower and not the wedding I won't go, it's a little insulting.

I'm throwing a bachelorette party for my best friend and I'm looking for fun ideas for wording. We're going to be taking a pole dancing/striptease class and then we're going to hit up a restraurant and then going to a club. Any fun ideas on wording that plays on the striptease factor? Also, is there a good way to ask that people pay for their own dinner and drinks? I'm covering the costs of the class and VIP club admission. Thanks!

First we'll start the important stuff...the wording or people paying for their own dinner and drinks....honesty is always the best policy...that way there are no mistakes and no one will "forget" their wallet. Simply state.....we will be going for hot/sexy/live & wild pole/striptease dance classes which I will be paying for!!! Next we will be off to eat at ..............which everyone will be responsible for their own dinner. Next we will be off to club .....where I have paid for VIP admission and all I request is that you pay for your own drinks!!! Let's all help ......... enjoy her last night as a bachelorette by dancing and partying the night away!!! RSVP (and then the date)

Can I invite girls that are not invited to the wedding? We have a very small budget and cannot invite everyone to the actual wedding. All my friends are very understanding about this. So I feel like they wouldn't be offended if I did invite them, knowing they were not invited to the wedding. I think alot of the "etiquette" stuff is a tad over the top as well.

I think that is fine, weddings are expensive. You are asking them to come party with you, not bring you presents. I don't see a problem at all.

My fiance is having her Bachelorette party next Saturday night, and she asked me if it's OK for her to invite her gay male friend. Seems OK to me. But I'm not great at tact and manners. So Yahoo audience, you tell me! Thank you.

I don't see why not. If they are friends and normally spend time together...why shouldn't she include him : )
