Baby Brag Book

The same thing? I'm trying to find a baby book online but the only thing that really keeps coming up is called a brag book. I always called it a baby book, where you write all about your baby and what happens and when...like the first time for everything. I don't want to purchase something online and it not be what I want ya know... So I was just wondering if that was like the same thing.

They're not the same. A brag book is just a small photo album that you can carry around and show people. I bought one for my mom and my future MIL. I also have one for myself that matches my son's baby book. Unlike brag books, baby books come with tons of content pages and are generally the size of large books...I'd guess about 9x12in in size.

Edit: Take a look at the website where I bought my son's baby book...they've got lots of adorable stuff. http://www.baby-memory-books.com/ When you go to that site, keep in mind that Memory Books, and Baby books ARE the same thing.

Does anyone know any websites that have good baby books? I want a record book, with babies firsts. Not a brag book or anything. Or any stores?? I'm having a horrible time finding any!! Thanks!

You can make really great books at Snapfish.com or Walmart.com. You simply download your pictures, the pic out the size of book you want, the color and material of the cover, and you also get to pic out what the paper looks like (lots of fun designs) and how many pictures you want on each page and how they are placed. You also can write captions to the pictures. I made one for my mom for her birthday and she loved it soooo much. They are really nice quality too!

I was given a nice little baby brag book and was thinking it would fit perfectly in my purse. It is thin and simple and holds 24 pictures. Would it be weird to carry it around with me? I have no idea when I would pull it out, but it might be nice to have.

Definitely!!! It's nice sometimes for yourself to just pull out during the day for a pick-me-up and see your little angels' faces. And you never know when you might run into an old friend, etc. and show them. It's a nice gesture, go for it!

I'm making it for my fiance for Valentines Day, I put all of our ultra sound pictures in it for him. Because I am pregnant with our first and he was keeping one of the pics in his wallet to show everyone but it got ruined. Also his wallet just fell apart so he needs a new one. And I thought this was perfect! Because when I put all the pictures in it and stuff and clicked on the preview button it shows the photo book in the wallet, and a little flap covering one side and the other side is open for somthing...so it might be a regular wallet that holds the book. but im not sure..did you ever buy this??? and is you were a man would you like this..??

Hi. I can't tell about whether that is a real wallet or not, but I can offer an opinion about wallets. I like to carry my wallet in my pocket, and a 4x4 wallet wouldn't fit, so if it were me, I couldn't really use it.

How does your guy usually carry his wallet? Does he keep it in his pocket, his hand, briefcase, bag, or what? Whatever the case, make sure the new wallet fits with that. Don't expect him to change his routine if the new wallet wouldn't work with his current system.

My son is 6 1/2 months. He sleeps through the night. He doesn't spit up when being burped. He doesn't pee on me when I change his diaper - oh and no diaper rash. Happy go lucky just crabby when hungry or tired.
So, should I be concerned? Is it possible to have such a good baby? I'm not bragging or anything like that, I just want to know that there are other babies like him out there!!

I have one too. She did poop half way up her back today, but that is the worst it gets. She takes naps when I lay her down, goes to bed on time, sleeps through the night, plays by herself for awhile...she's a great baby. I will say though as she gets more capable she's getting into a lot of stuff. She wants to walk already and is not quite eight months. I think she will be walking by ten months...we'll see. Congrats!
