How do i print my paintings/sketches on a greeting card ?
snowmen-set-4

I do pencil sketching and want to have it printed on multiple greeting cards...can anyone please advise. Also it will be great if you tell where would i find cheap recycled card paper and envelopes

Thanks

Go to a local grocery store or whatnot - I've had the most success at Jewel. Perhaps Walmart, Walgreens, or Meyers would work as well.

I know that Jewel provided for the greeting cards, you just had to pay a small amount.

I plan to add used paperback westerns and mysteries to my gift shop. I need a source for books. I'm also adding greeting cards printed on recycled paper. I need a wholesale source for the cards. I also need a wholesale source for custom bags which I will have the name of my business printed on them. I could also use a good wholesale source for canvas or canvas transfer art and frames.

Many thrift stores may be willing to unload their excess inventory of used books, but the problem is that they would be selling off books that they haven't been able to sell and have been taking up thier shelf space. If THEY can't sell them for fifty cents, you probably won't do much better.

Your best bet may be to comb the shelves of these thrift stores, flea markets and swap meets. Be very selective on the titles you buy and the condition of the merchandise. Watch out for water stains. Don't pay too much and be prepared to negotiate a better price if you want to buy a large quantity of books. (you find a couple of dozen books at a flea market, offered at twenty five cents. Ask if he'll let you have them at a dime a piece if you take that many. Don't make the offer until you have made your selections) Even the thrift stores may let you bargain for quantity purchases. Ask to speak with the manager on duty.

Look for garage and yard sales as you drive around town.

You can get wholesale canvas tote bags from some of the same wholesalers that sell tee shirts. There are many shops that specialize in custom printing tee shirts, totes and hats. Look in the phone book for shops that provide uniforms for local Little League and recreational teams. They may also be able to connect you with a wholesaler for the bags.

a company plans to buy recycled paper to use for a new line of greeting cards the company will produce. The cards are made from rectangular pieces of paper tat measure 24 cm by 17 cm. The tolerance for each dimension is 0.2 cm. The compandy will produce 1000 cards. What is the difference between the minimum and maximum area of paper to be used?

Well.... i kinda dont know what tolerance is :/

The tolerance is a margin for error. So, if dimensions of the card will be:

length: from 24 to 24.2 cm
width: from 17 to 17.2 cm the size of the card is still OK.

It is requirement that the direction of tolerance must be specified (23.8 to 24 cm has the same margin, or tolerance 0.2 that would definitely produce different answer). Since this specification is not present it is not possible to calculate correct answer.

In the majority case helping customers, stocking, facing products and making sure they are in the right shelf/area of store. More advanced duties are in place for department managers, new modifications of shelves dealing with overstocked items and so forth. I know in electronics you would be mostly running the till, getting items out of locked cases, stocking, pricing, ect.
