I have seen some police departments with personalized sports type cards, almost like baseball cards. I was wondering how I could go about ordering or even making similar cards but geared towards the members of my military organization. thanks

For example, when it's picture day for the soccer league, the photographer will have the trading card as something you can order in the package. So, you can check with local photographers and see if they offer "trading card" styles.

I have seen credit cards with disney characters and pictures, where do i find them?
Disney offers their own credit card, but I think Chase bank has a credit card with many different design options. First National Bank of Omaha has a "design a card" option, and you can upload your own photos and put them on a card, as long as they're not copyrighted. Keep in mind that you have to actually apply for the card from the business before you can get the card, and check with your current credit card company, if you have one, to see if they offer that option.
I want to order a set of playing cards for my boyfriend with a picture of us on the back.
