Japanese Greeting Cards

I received a Christmas Greeting card with Daisuki (I love you in japanese) from my girlfriend.
Now i would like to reply her and tell her that i love her too, but in a more special and original way.
I am open to any suggestions. "Smart" users with hentai replies or dumb jokes please don't post or waste your time being hilarious..
I am expecting a honest and beautiful reply. Help me and may the best answer get 10 points :)

Japanese companies are difficult to deal with if you don't speak Japanese. They also expect you to come to their company and are often reluctant to sell to foreigners as they usually have a distributor for their goods.
If you want to order from a Japanese web site, you need a Japanese credit card and they usually don't ship abroad. So, you need to have an intermediary company to do that for you and of course they will charge you for their services.

I need some small help to translate a few sentences to Japanese. I've been studying Japanese for 1 year, so I know hiragana/katakana and about 250 kanji, but my vocabulary and grammar are still quite limited.
I wish to send some vacation-photos and greeting card to the parents of my boyfriend, who is Japanese. I don't want to ask him for help, since I would love to make a small surprise for his family.

So here's the text:

Dear Mr. and Ms. Miki (ミ木),

I hope you're doing fine and enjoying summer days. About me, I came back to my hometown in Serbia a few days ago, after spending about two months in China and USA with Kenji (賢二さん). It was such a beautiful summer time for both Kenji and me, and I would love to share my memories with you - I am sending a few of my favourite photos to you, hoping that you will like them.

I often think about you and I am looking forward to visiting Japan and meeting you someday soon.

ジャセンカ (English reading written in Japanese) or ヤセンカ (Serbian reading written in Japanese)

[Note]: Since you're from Serbia, your name should be in Seriban. The spelling "Ja-" as in Jasenka usually reads like "Ja-" as in "Japan" in English, but if you read it in the Serbian way it should be pronounced like "ja", the German "yes". ジャセンカ Jasenka is for the former, ヤセンカ Yasenka the latter. Pick whichever is how your boyfriend calls you.

OK, it is almost anniversary time for Yggdrasil and he would like to write a nice message in a card to the wife.

I found this beautiful phrase in a song by Utada Hikaru's, "Beautiful Boy,"

Minteh: I am an idiot...I have the title right in front of me...and I still got it wrong. It is a hauntingly beautiful song. "Beautiful World" is correct. And she is a Japanese-American. Of all things, her Dad was an Enka singer (don't tell Urd. LOLOL).
BTW, I am amazed that she hasn't caught on here in the US (of course, the last japanese singer to make it here was Sakamoto Kyu...and that was a long time ago...RIP Kyu-san.). Her last album sold 7.65M copies in Japan alone.
