Looking for quality and bulk (not necessarily though)
If you are a Costco member, you can use their photo services that are run by Snapfish. You can upload your photos online and pick them or or have them mailed to you.
You can also use photo printing companies and prices vary. Price out Shutterfly, Snapfish, Photoworks...
Department stores also have a photo kiosk. Some have the ability to upload from home too. Try Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Longs Drugs, Rite Aid...
You can also try VistaPrint but know that you will get a long of email from them so use an email addy that you don't mind getting spammed. ;)
I've found that prices can vary depending on the item so check around and see what products you like. There are a lot of other places to try to but this should get you started.

i'm looking for post cards with simmilar designs to greeting cards from a retailer. is hallmark any good?
I don't know if any of the places that carry Hallmark cards also have Hallmark post cards, but you could certainly buy a card then cut it into a size acceptable to the U.S. Post Office and mail those ... even cards the thickness of an index card are allowed to be mailed if they're the right size.
Here's what the P.O. says about the sizes required for being considered "post cards" without additional charge:
Postcard:
• Maximum size is 6” long X 4 1/4” high
• Minimum size is 5” long X 3 1/2” high
You can get more info on sizes and other things that can and can't be mailed by the USPS on this page and at the rest of the site:

If you wanted, you could also spray the fronts with artists fixative spray to keep them from getting dirty (though that usually doesn't happen), or cover the fronts with clear adhesive paper (available from office supply stores) or even clear self-adhesive shelf paper though that may be a little frosty.
You can also print your own postcards (on cardstock, or on paper then fully glue onto cardstock, or use the clear adhesive sheeting above, etc) and send those, or you can have them printed for you at various places online:

there is email, telephone, vediocalls, text message and various ways of greet people.
but what would you prefer more, a Greeting card by post or one of the above options ??
I send cards by post... even to people I met here. Emails and all are okay... but will never be the same as that card in my post box. I like taking the time to add the extra touch and make it more personal. I like having those cards to look at years later and to add to the seasonal decorating. :)

How do you know if you have an antique post card or greeting card? My granmother- in - Law Just passed away and she seemed to share the same passion of collection postcards and greeting cards as I do! She was VERY BIG on collecting antiques as well and some of these cards and post cards look REALLY OLD! I dont want to mail something that could be worth a whole lot more than 42 cents.
Post Cards usually have some sort of can be undivided or divided, but usually have a place where it notes postage is due. Post cards started out as personal mailing cards and would be hard to tell from a single sided greeting card. Pick up a book on collecting post cards and learn the difference in age from card to card. I'd suggest The Postcard Price Guide by J L Mashburn. Please what ever you decide, post card or greeting card, don't just slap a stamp on it and pop it in the mail.
ive decided to send everyone cards through post from now other than wishing thru email, phone, text etc.. seems more personal.. do u think its a good idea?
