I'm planning on selling custom playing cards, but I cant seem to find the right balance I'm looking for. I'm attempting making a small profit for charity, and so I'm looking for some cards which you could put a picture of someone you know in the king, queen and jack cards, different for each suit, ones that are quite cheap, so that people will want to buy them, and ones which I could order in large amounts. However I'm not looking for cards which you can customize every card in the deck, just the king, queen, and jack, as to same money. THANKS!

I know of a couple of manufacturers that do custom work, but it's generally the card backs. When a deck of cards are printed they print a full sheet of 56 cards, so as far as cost goes you would not be saving a lot of money by just doing the face cards. The real expense would be the designing of the cards and the fact that you would only be producing a limited quantity. The fewer you have made the more expensive the cards are per deck. I just got photoshop, and I was wondering if someone could help me with a step by step process on how to create custom baseball cards.

THere are programs available to help you create sports cards but if you want to use photoshop then you will likely have to either create the template or look around the web for a sports card template you can use to create the cards.

You will place the templated on top of the player photograph.

well, just google "custom playing cards" and there are plenty of places out there. or you can print them on stock paper and lamanate them. But you cannot use them for anything other than casual playing, they would not be event legal.
