Baby Shower Greeting Cards

I received a ton of wonderful greeting cards at my baby shower and would like to preserve them for my baby.. i was thinking of making maybe a collage and hanging it in the nursery? any suggestions? or other craft ideas (that are easy?)

I got this adorable gift for my wedding that could work for baby showers too. It was like a metal ring that a hook in it, and you string your cards around the loop and the ring could hang anywhere (door knob, wall, etc). It had a cute little ribbon and lacy thing around it. Not sure where you could find this but I want to say it was called a "blessing ring" or something to that extent. Great gift and I still have all my wedding cards and greetings hung on it!
