Unique Gift Certificate

I am having a hard time trying to come up with a unique gift for my husband, who pretty much has everything. A creative gift, like a lobster-gram or something like that. He is creative, fun, wacky, an avid outdoorsman (he has ALL of the gear) into wine and food. Please don't say a gift certificate. He can be kinda picky too.

I don't know where you live, but you could get him passes to a nearby ski mountain? OR tickets to a show or concert he'd like? It's hard to say without knowing more about him, cause the guys who have everything are the worst, you really have to pick at the intimate things you know about them to come up with something good. I have the same issue with my boyfriend. Order stuff from Omaha steaks.
I know my local newspaper is sponsoring a wine of the month club, maybe you could find one near you to join?

I have been a parent volunteer since my oldest started kindergarten in 1984 and have helped with numerous end of the school year parties. My youngest is in 3rd grade and I think my creativity has taken a leave of absence (or just too tired). I am just not coming up with any ideas for a teacher present this year. What are some good teacher gifts that you can think of? Some of the things I have done in the past are gift certificates to restaurants, teacher stores, sporting events, book stores; fabric painted sweatshirts, tote bags, aprons with kids' names and handprints; flowers, plants, and trees; one year I did a summer survival kit with sunscreen, a book, a sun hat, etc, in a styrafoam cooler. All of these are thoughtful gifts and appreciated by teachers. Does anyone have other suggestions for truly unique gift ideas? Thanks!

I am a teacher and by far the nicest suggestion is a book with notes from the kids. You have certainly given wonderful presents in the past too. But no one can ever give the gift of real appreciation. I have many mugs, t-shirts, plants etc but the gifts I treasure and that I take out when I need a lift are notes from my students and a well worn little book given to me by a class over 22 years ago. I love all my gifts and feel grateful that people have taken time to select and give a gift when we are all so busy so I am sure anything would be fine...but a little book of notes from the kids...a priceless jewel!

Hello! I want to get a very unique gift for a soon to be 14 year old girl. The price can go up to maybe a few hundred but would perfer less of course. I want something thats different. They have been togeter for 12 years and lived together for 10... They have everything from all favors, and gifts, and I dont want to give money or a gift certificate... Have any ideas?

Make them a scrapbook if you have pictures or can get pictures of them from the time they first got together up to their wedding day. If not just use what pictures you do have or can get.

I need a Christmas gift for a couple who has everything. I'd prefer that it be something they could use on the Internet because they live in a small town without too many stores. Can anybody think of something cool and unique that would be good for a couple?

From someone who lives in a small town, if you're going to do a combined GC for both of them then try for one of the larger chain stores that would have stuff they would both like. If you do His/Hers then do one for a store that has his hobbies and one to a store for her. The Internet has a lot of stores for both. Though, depending on how far out they do live and what is close to them a CG to a spa, or maybe a night out alone at a nice hotel that includes a romantic dinner would be good.
