Microsoft Gift Certificate

I would like to create my own gift certificates for my company but have microsoft office for Mac and therefore cannot download the templates from office online. Mactopia doesn't offer gift certificate templates. Where can I find professional looking (ideally free) gift certificate templates online?

I'm currently working on creating gift certificates for my business, and I want to have the numbers (for the serial or identification) automatically fill themselves in. Is this possible in word? Or else, should I switch to Microsoft Publisher or something?

Everything on the card stays the same except the numbers, and it's a waste of time to go in and change all the numbers by hand.

Here's a workaround using page numbering if you're happy with numbers only and no letters AND you print one certificate per page:

In your document, click on View Header and Footer
From the Insert Auto Text drop list in the floating toolbar, choose Page X of Y

Now press Alt-F9 to reveal the code: you should see

Page {PAGE} of {NUMPAGES} ---- with the { } encased in dotted rectangles

Cut and paste the {Page} part to the part of your certificate where you want the number to appear, and delete the rest (press ALt-F9 again to see the numbers and not the codes)

To start the numbering at a number not equal to 1:

Click on Insert, Page Numbers
In the dialog, click Format, and specify the starting number in the box near the bottom.
