i got one of those gift certificates from delias that they send to you for your birthday [only $10, but whatever] but it's not letting me redeem the code, has anyone ever used this before and know how it works?

if you call, yell at them. they might give you more gift certificates...

My boyfriend bought me a massage/spa package for my birthday (gift certificate). The "afternoon of pleasure" includes a 1-hour massage, a manicure & paraffin treatment, a hair wash and blow dry and a light snack/beverage - value $185. What should I leave for a tip? I've never done this before and I want to be sure I tip appropriately. I wasn't sure if tipping was different when you tip on a gift certificate? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
