the cards are 16 beautiful colored drawings of the old cartoons, there is, I will list them. Fritz & Hans, Jungle Jim, Prince Valiant,Little Iodine,Buz Sawyer,Flash Gordon,Mandrake the Magician,Henry,Myrtle,Grandma, little Annie Rooney, and more
You really need to take them to a professional appraiser. Phone a local comic books dealer to ask about appraisers in your area.

I found a complete box of "Religious Scripture Assortment 50 Religious Chirstmas Cards" made by Hawthorne & Sommerfield and under that it says 110.
There is no date on this box although it looks old, no barcode, etc. I found it at a small local thrift store and had intended on using them this year.
Does anyone know where I can find out how old these cards are?
Thanks!
The first question (and it's not clear from your question) is which country are you in and where did you find them? If you're in the US, then you start by contacting the Secretaries of State in various states to figure out where the country was located and when they were in business. If you're in Canada or the UK, then you have to work through similar channels, or work with a reference librarian to find the history of the company.
No barcode puts it pre-1980. From there, you're left to research the company itself, compare fonts on the cards to various trends, etc.

I see alot of people selling vintage images they got from vintage cards (birthday, christmas etc...) and then they put it on a cd and sell it. First of all, why can they do it and then they tell us we cant use the images and make crafts and sell them. Also...how can I get these images and be able to use them to make small crafts to sell?
What are the steps I need to do?
thanks
Copyrights expire 70 years after the creator's death. So vintage patterns and art are becoming public domain. Once the person takes those images and puts them to cd you have to respect the copyrights for that CD which includes not selling items made using the CD. Sometimes if you politely write to the maker of the CD you can be granted permission. As far as getting vintage images you just have to start searching old people's attics and then you have to research the copyright. Which is frankly, a lot of work.

I cannot find a pattern I once saw - you take about 6 or so holiday cards, cut them into certain four sided shapes, and stich them together with yarn. One final 5 or 6 sided piece for the bottom and you have a simple bowl.
It's probably a kid's craft, but I want to make one out of some vintage Christmas cards.
Any source for this???

Memories of events and family preserved in vintage scrapbooks
This is certainly different from many of the old scrapbooks I have seen over the years. Vintage scrapbooks were made with what was on hand, and while they were certainly personalized to the point that the maker chose what went in them, they were a different entity from a photo album. Old scrapbooks often contained cards, postcards, newspaper clippings, cutouts from magazines, letters, recipes, et cetera. Although a wide variety of vintage scrapbooks can be found, the types I've seen the most can be loosely grouped in two categories: personal-variety scrapbooks and event-themed scrapbooks.
Personal-Variety Scrapbooks
These scrapbooks are a lot of fun to look at because you can often get a bit of an idea about the makers' interests and what their life may have been like. Personal scrapbooks can best be described as containing anything and everything made from paper that a person wanted to save. Rather than stashing these little bits in a chocolate box, they were glued in a book. Old postcards, Valentines, Christmas cards, letters, birthday cards and other personal cards of every type are often found in these scrapbooks. Recipes cut from a magazine or newspaper, birth and death announcements, newspaper stories involving local people, and clips of stories that one can only assume the creator found interesting, are included. Some scrapbooks I've seen featured things like various pictures of babies from magazine ads, as well as flower pictures cut from cards. Items from catalogues were often included too. They seem simply to be things the maker liked and decided to save, so they could be looked at again and again.
