I have a cute photo of my son but two other people are in it. I want to have the photo card made for Christmas.
Can the other folks be cropped from the photo? Will the recipients know who the other people are? I think it would be better to have only your family, but if you really like this picture, then go for it.

Would it be odd to get a photo card of a young, married, children-less couple? I love taking photos and want to send one out of the two of us! Weird? Cute?
I love getting pics of my family on cards at Christmas, even if they are children-less

We made a family photo Christmas card. It is imprinted, "Happy Holidays." Should I sign our names on it? I tried it with a few cards and it looks a little busy. I am only sending the cards to immediate family and close friends. They all know who we are.
Is it ok to not write anything on it?
Thank you and Happy Holidays!
Could you sign it on the back? I think it would be ok not to sign it, if it makes the card look untidy. Is it just a photo? What if you stuck it to an actual card?
I buy a pack of blank cards from the discount store (6 cards for $2 - with envelopes) and glue our photo to the front, so we have room for a message inside. This year I even figured it out so I could print the inside of the card frrm the computer (before adding the photo obviously) and just changed the name each time - it was much faster than writing a message in every card :)
We have been together just about a year and are very serious, so it's not like a fling or short relationship. But does the notion of a Christmas card photo seem more like something that should be reserved for a married couple and/or family only? I just don't want it to seem silly or tacky.
It depends on who you're giving it to. It's your christmas card, do whatever you want haha, but one of my aunts made some comment to my cousin's boyfriend (of 3 years) that she was glad he was "still around" (like she was surprised, and this is after she asked if we should have him in the family reunion photo). If you're really worried about it, use your dog or something. It's not like he's the flavor of the week or etc., and as long as you aren't a teenager it's not that bad, but people may think it's a bigger deal than it is. What do you really gain by having a Christmas card with the two of you? What do you really lose by doing it? It's not that big of a deal, and anyone in your family who would freak out about it doesn't deserve a card haha
I want to make personal Christmas Cards for family and friends, But cant find nice Photo Frame Cards anywhere. I need them pre made so i can just pop the picture in myself.
