After all, if his empty rhetoric about hope and change can win him the Nobel Peace Prize, I'm sure his scribbling on Christmas cards should win him the Pulitzer.

I love opening Christmas Cards and getting corny update letters...

I rec'd about a dozen that I expected .... and one, in a padded envelope, that I didn't get ..... sniff, sniff ... one card covering a
banana nut bread baking Pez dispenser.

....oh well ... there is always next year!!!!!!

The Doctor I work for is from India. He is Muslim His first language is Urdu. He plans to celebrate Christmas with his employees because it is our Custom. I want to give him a gift and a Christmas Card written in Urdu. I don't want to cause controversy at the same time I don't want to detract from what is Christian. He is not a Christian but says that he wants to celebrate this holiday with us. The reason that I want to write it in his native language is because most people from other cultures are very pleased when someone attempts to use their language. I am thinking that I would like to say on the outside of the card,
Peace on Earth
On the inside of the card I would like to write,
Dear Doctor Ali,
It is a pleasure working for you.. You are a good doctor and have a good sense of humor. I have learned a lot from you and my Christmas wish is to work full time for you. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

What are good sayings to put in Christmas cards that aren't relgious. I need creative ideas not just like peace on earth ort merry christmas

Why not make each verse a clever little poem for the person you are sending it too and add a nice personal touch.

Example - Jen you are such a good friend always so witty and quick. Hope you get lots of presents, if not I will beat Santa with a stick!

Jane - A beautiful girl, smile as pretty as the first noel. Hope your holidays are bright and beautiful and I hope the man in red does not leave you any coal!

Samuel - You are a great friend all year long, hope this Christmas brings happiness to you, and lots of love, cheer and good song.

I dont know, just an idea!
