Nativity Christmas Cards

Not many actually joan....in fact I went downstairs and counted once I'd read your question .....and out of 76 cards only 22 had a Nativity Scene.

Yes, I do-- to relatives and other ppl who are Christians (including the "cultural Christians"-- not particularly religious, but they identify with Christianity). I send snow man and Happy Holidays cards to ppl who are Jewish, Buddhists, etc.

I'll send nativity scene cards to ppl that I know are Christians. However, for the "question mark" ppl, I am hesitant to send "Happy Holidays" cards bc they might think that I don't celebrate Christmas (I do). OTOH, if I send a "Merry Christmas" card (even with a secular scene like a snowman, they might get bent out of shape. Your thoughts? BTW, you'd be surprised by the huge numbers of ppl in bigger cities who don't celebrate Christmas. In the midwest/southern smaller towns, everyone celebrates Christmas.

Send a card with a winter scene depicted on the front and wish them "happy holidays". That covers all of them, not just Christmas. And even if they don't celebrate anything at all, that doesn't mean that you can't wish them good tidings.

We don't see any cards now with nativity scenes, only winter scenes and teddies. What have teddies got to do with Christmas?

Merry Christmas. Have a good one. Teddy bears are 'cute' so they put 'em on. But Jesus is what Christmas is all about.

I like to remember what xmas is about so i send cards with a nativity theme to them, so why are they so hard to find?

Don't think you are looking hard enough. I see religious cards with nativity and church scenes all the time.....Wal Mart, Target, etc. etc. etc.
