Is it tacky to mail a corporate holiday card with my business card in it?
I agree with Margaret. If these are people who have already dealt with your company then I think it is tacky. Save the business card for a different mailing out.

We received thank you cards for donating gifts to needy families during the holidays. What would be the best way to display them/share them with the entire building so that all employees can see how they assisted?
We have a small office and display them on the bulletin board. In a large office, you could scan them and send a mass email.

If you owned, or own a corporate business, what would you like to see on your holiday greeting cards that you send out. As far as pictures, words, greetings, or symbols. What are some things that you can rarely find in a greeting card that you would like to see? I'm in the process of creating a greeting card for a scholarship contest. Which is why I'm asking people what they would like to see.
Since there are many ways that people from different cultures celebrate the "holidays," I prefer to send these kinds of things just before Thanksgiving. This also goes hand-in-hand with thanking clients, and the text on the card should reflect that. Statistics prove that something that is "hand-written" is considered more personal, and read more often.

Each year, I plan our company holiday party. And every year we give out gift cards and prizes. We normally just pull names out of a hat and that person wins the prize. However, this year I wanted it to be a little more fun, maybe someone would have to do something to win the prize. We have over 100 employees so I don't need anything that's going to be too confusing or time consuming. At first I thought of a silent auction..guest would guess on the value of a prize..but that would take a lot of work on my part, if we had 100+employees and 20+ gifts to do it for..then i thought maybe a trivia game of some sort....
Any ideas?
This event is pretty upscale, we always have it at one of the best hotels in Boston. Just like a fancy wedding
Forgot to add...this really can't be geared towards a Christmas theme..we have a number of religions.
But I do like your ideas!! thanks
You could hand out a raffle ticket (or 2 or 3) to each guest - then have a pretty basket labeled for each raffle prize; and have the guests put their ticket into the basket for the prize that they want to win .... So, everyone would be winning exactly what they want! ... That's how I've always done raffles where we sell tickets for prizes & prize baskets:) Baskets could just be decorated with white, silver & gold poinsettias.....
I'm considering beginning a Personal Assistant/Corporate Concierge Service and am curious to hear what services others feel they would pay to have someone take over for them. I don't want to limit myself, however I'm thinking of:
Personal shopping - christmas/birthday shopping
Grocery shopping
Banking
Post office
Mom's Taxi Services (to & frm after school functions if Mom & Dad are working)
Party Planning
The dreaded 4 hour delivery/service call window - will wait, while you work
Appointment Setting - Dr., Salon, Dentist, Spa, Dog Grooming
Dry cleaning pick up and drop off
Holiday Cards
If you feel there is anything I've missed that would be a help to you...let me know!
Also VERY interested to know what you'd be willing to pay for any of these services. Thanks!
All sound great except the mom's Taxi Service because heaven forbid if there is a car accident. Try the Senior assisted living homes. They need personal shoppers for groceries and other things. Good luck.

Blog: Religious Inspirational Gift » Corporate Holiday Gift
Giving gifts is a tradition in the holiday season, despite the different religions and beliefs. Giving gifts for your clients, especially your loyal clients, is important to maintain a good relationship with them. It is a nice gesture that shows your appreciation to them. This article discusses several holiday gift ideas for clients.
Before you shop for gifts, you need to remember several things. First of all, do not presume your client religious or personal beliefs and send Christmas cards to all of them. Some people might celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, or do not have any religious celebration on December. Some people are offended if you send them the wrong greeting cards. If you do not know their beliefs, simply send a happy holiday greeting card and label your gift a holiday gift instead of referring to any religious event.
