Airplane Christmas Card

Any funky and exotic Christmas tree decorating ideas?
Merry Christmas my friends

Last year I did a Vegas-themed tree with dice lights, poker chips, playing cards, airplane liquor bottles (empty) etc. It was a hit. This year, I'm drawing an absolute blank. I know I want to paint this one a solid color. Any funky ideas out there? The more "out there" and different the better!

not out there or funky but classy and looks really cool. Flock it compleatly white and tie big black bows all over it looks really cool, white with nothing but black bows

How do I send a letter from the UK to American?

I want to send a Christmas card to a friend in America.

I know I have to write 'Por Avion - For Aeroplane' in the top corner.

Do I have to go to the Post Office counter or can I just write that and put the correct amount of stamps for how much its going to cost (I found the prices online on Royal Mail. It will be about 60p so I'll just get that many stamps?)

What should I get my siblings for Christmas?

Each year, my family draws names for secret santas. But also each of us buy one small thing for every kid($1-$3). The secret santa gifts are around $20-$25.
For secret santa, I got my 12 year old brother. His christmas list is; Soccer ball, Basketball, new bike, a new hooded sweatshirt, a nice sweatsuit, some video games, a remote control airplane, some baseball accesories, some basketball/soccer accesories, iTunes card, fishing rod, a camp rock DVD.
What should I get him?
What should I get all my siblings?

I dont know your borther, but find out which one he wants the most. Most kids that age would like video games, but I dont know him. And for the other kids, you could go to a used book store, and find some really good books for them, unless they dont like reading. Then you could get them some candy.

wat should i do? im bored!?

so im home alone and i have nothing to do. its really dark outside so im not going outside. does anyone know of anything to do? something fun! but something i would actually wanna do like make a cool christmas card or something. not like run around pretending to b an airplane. does anyone maybe have a fun snack recipe for me to make? i just would like some things to do cuz im really bored

I'd suggest you read a good book. As for a snack, go talk to your mom and ask her about that.

Somebody needed to tell Joe Stack to deal with it

When I was a little kid, and I whined, "That's not fair," my dad would ask me, "Who told you life was fair?"

Good question. No one had, and he was right. The message was, "Deal with it, kid."

It was a strong, practical, workable life lesson. Apparently no one shared that tip with Andrew Joseph Stack III, or he wasn't paying attention.

Stack's the guy who flew the small airplane into the office building in North Austin because he was peeved with the Internal Revenue Service.

Sure, the IRS isn't on my Christmas card list, and I hope the taxman learns something about treating people kindly. But I'm not going to call Joe Stack, who died in the attack, a hero or a martyr. We don't erect brass statues to Osama Bin Laden or Timothy McVeigh, do we? Those who kill indiscriminately are not on my favorite folks list.

Grundig Globe Traveler G3 AM/FM/Shortwave Radio with Aircraft Band ...

I also like the Sony ICF-SW7600GR but it does not recharge batteries, and its sound needs improvement as does its display. Don’t get too excited about the synchronous detection circuitry as few radios have one that works really well. The E1 however is the exception as it’s designed by R.L.Drake and repaired there also.

The price of the KA1102 is very reasonable and comes with rechargeable batteries. If you can erect/build an outside antenna, and serious about SWL, for the price, the E1XM is the one to own. XM radio is also very entertaining for about $15 a month. The Grundig G3 is more expensive than the G6 or KA1102. I like the ergonomics of the controls and the firmware logic of the Grundig more than the Kaito/Degen design. The Grundigs also have a tuning wheel which may be old school, but still adds to the overall functionality of Shortwave Listening.
