Paper Birthday Cards

I cannot seem to find Elmo birthday invitation cards...either the kind that I can submit a digital pic of my daughter and they will put an Elmo background OR a regular paper card that I can stick a photo in on the front? Thanks so much! (I have checked Ebay as well).

wal mart, target ,walgreens, a craft store, maybe there is a sesame street store on line, toys-r-us, kids-r-us...thats all i can come up with good luck!

Most off-the-shelf greeting cards are printed on standard card stock. Create a unique card using the following steps.

My family and friends seem to think that this is rude and I should still post a normal card for birthdays, births, condolences etc.

Condolences you should use a paper card that includes a personal handwritten note of sympathy.
Thank you notes for gifts etc. should also be handwritten.

For all other occasions you should keep the person you are sending it to in mind.

When my grandmother was a little girl, she was taught it was rude to send a store bought card instead of a nice hand written letter. So when growing up I sent the rest of my family cards and wrote letters to her.
My dad likes to make a display of cards that he receives on each occasion, and when visitors come in he shows them off.
Aka look at the nice card my daughter sent for my birthday.
he can't do that with electric cards

1) Its someone who has told you they don't like email cards
2) when you know its someone who likes getting real cards
3) Its someone who always sends you a real card.

I recently found my old collection of paper dolls from when I was little (I am in college now). I have dozens of them and loads of their cloths. They are really cute vintage paper dolls and i can't bear to throw them away. Do you have any ideas of fun, crafty ways I can recycle them?

I have already thought of gluing them onto pretty paper to make birthday cards for kids, or decoupaging a child's dresser with them. Any other ideas? I teach elementary school if that helps.Thanks!

maybe if you frame them they could look cute, depending on which room you put them in and what kind of clothes they have on? like for example a girl's walk-in closet or bathroom? maybe you could use pretty, vintage-looking frames or very simple frames...

I am having a carnival for my sons 6th birthday. I would love to find a birthday invitation (paper card) that when you open it, it will play circus music. The same kind of musical greeting card you find at hallmark. I just cant find any invitations just greeting cards....any suggestions?

i need to know how to send a birthday card from england to cali, can i just get a normal card an just put extra stamps on? can you not send cards? has it got to be special airmail paper?

go to the post office and tell them you want to send the card to Califonia in the US . They will way it and tell you how much and other options like if you wanted signed for and that sort of thing. Its as easy as that.
