try looking at the link below its a craft store and they may be able to help you make those kind of things. Also notice they have a craft section just for lil children and my lil one loves doing them.

I want to make an invitation to my childs birthday that looks like a ticket to a sporting event.

I used photoshop one year for my son's Christmas present. I printed two tickts for an MLB game to any park in the USA. Put it in a box and he actually thought for a second they were real. Worked out great. By the way we went to Wrigley Field in Chicago. It was a great day.

I want to send a "basic headsup" party invitation to everyone letting them know there will be a party in November. But, mainly asking them to send any kind of picture they have of my husband to me to prepare for a video. But I dont want to send the ACTUAL invitation yet. How would you do it? What would you say?

Use email or, if you need to, a letter. Say something like, "Hi. Hope your summer is off to a good start! ... I am doing some planning ahead for a birthday party for <insert name here> in November. I want to do a video montage thing, so if you could send me a photo you have of <name>, I'd really appreciate it. If you mail me a photo, put your name on the back somewhere and I'll make sure to get it back to you. If you can email it to me, that's awesome too of course. I want you to know that I really appreciate your help in putting this together and I think the party will be fun. I need the photos by <insert date here> so that I'll have time to get the video put together (or to work with the videographer to get the video put together). I haven't decided when in November to schedule the party, but you are on my list to invite when I get the date and other details irone out. Again, I greatly appreciate it if you have photos of <name> to share and I'll follow up with an invitation you when I get things planned. Sincerely, <your name>"
You can change up wording of course - this is just the friendly request for photos for the video you are planning and a 'heads up' on the upcoming party. If you do know the date, then you can note it in the email or letter as a 'save the date' and note that you'll be sending out formal invitations ahead of the party.
