Birthday Cards Printable

I am looking for free, printable birthday cards online, if they're Dora the Explorer themed you're my favourite person ever!
I have Paint, but I'm hopeless with that kind of thing.

I don't want e-cards, just regular cards, and they have to be free, I don't want to have to pay for a site subscription to download a card.

I want to make a birthday card, where I can upload my own image and print it off, but I want to be able to do it for free..does anyone know where I can do that and it be legal?

you can go to word and put alf the sheet for the front and half for the back and when yuo fold it you can have you own picture on a card!
