One really cheap way instead of going out and buying one what you can do is go to a store like Walmart or Walgreens and buy some poster paper. Then just make it how you would a normal card { color and have friends and family sign}

How do I post a really big birthday card?

I have made a big birthday card for my son to send into cbeebies for his birthday next month. I've stuck together 4 sheets of A4 card (would that be A2 size?) to make it bigger but am now wondering what's the best way of getting it to them. Anyone know where I can get a HUGE envelope from? Thanks!


Your best bet is to buy a roll of brown paper and make one yourself.
