21st Birthday Cards

My Mum's friends son is going to be 21 this October and my Mum would like me to make him a 21st birthday card as I make all of the cards for birthdays for our friends and family.
He likes sports, cars, bikes, ect.

At that age only had interest, in girls, cars, sport!
So a girl on a car dressed in sport clothes???
Imagine?
Well perhaps mum would not approve?
But card is not for mum.

Today is his 21st birthday and I can't find any good quotes to put inside the card. There's gotta be something good out there?

How about, "Be careful. You can be charged as an adult in all 50 states now."

Of course it might not be as funny if he is actually doing something he can be charged as an adult for....

Hiya

I want to write something funny in my best friends birthday card whose turning 21 tomorrow. I normally just write what comes from the heart in her cards, but I want to put something different and funny for a change! It isn't like I can joke that she's pulling on because she's not even at that age!

Today, trying to find a birthday card for my brother who's turning 20 all I could find were stacks of 21st cards. It's an exciting occasion - he won't be a teenager anymore. This is more significant than turning 21 in Australia since our legal drinking and voting age is 18, not 21, anyhow. Will someone please advise Hallmark? lol
I just bought him a groovy looking card for a 2 year old and put a zero on the end. lol

we love a good party!! im not 100% sure why they are both a big deal but we used to have to be 21 to vote or join the army/navy/airforce or drink back in the 1940's and whilst the laws changed the tradition of a 21st didnt.

As for advising hallmark to do so they might come up with another gimmicky "holiday" or "special event" to generate profit LOL
