I was looking for cute graphics of carriages, or rattles, anything really, and they're kind of hard to find; does anyone have any ideas? Any designs, borders, ribbons, anything. Thanks.

there are some web sites that do birth announcements. I just typed up my own on fancy paper.

A girl I know makes birth announcements from a program she bought. It is also capable of making invitations and scrapbooking pages. They are able to be printed out at Walmart, etc. I'm looking for the name of the program and where I can buy it.

You didn't say Mac or PC, so I will assume PC. Broderbund's Print Shop is good as is Microsoft's Publisher. Publisher is more business oriented and Print Shop is more family oriented.
