Birth Announcement Templates

hi all, could anyone suggest good sites for printable birth announcement cards or templates? either for a nominal cost or for free!!
i visited CVS photocenter but it is coming to almost 1$ for a card! anything lesser than that?? any suggestions?

A girl I know makes birth announcements from a program she bought. It is also capable of making invitations and scrapbooking pages. They are able to be printed out at Walmart, etc. I'm looking for the name of the program and where I can buy it.

You didn't say Mac or PC, so I will assume PC. Broderbund's Print Shop is good as is Microsoft's Publisher. Publisher is more business oriented and Print Shop is more family oriented.
